As BMAW’s Practice Concierge, Jenn plays an important role in creating a welcoming, organized, and seamless experience for every client who walks through our doors. She manages front desk operations, scheduling, client communication, and administrative support, and is often the first person clients meet or speak with when connecting with Botta Medical Aesthetics & Wellness.
Known for her genuine warmth and thoughtful attention to detail, Jenn has a natural ability to help people feel comfortable and cared for. She takes pride in building relationships and helping ensure that every interaction reflects the personalized care we value at BMAW.
Before joining BMAW, Jenn spent more than 20 years in healthcare as a dental hygienist in Northeast Connecticut. Her background educating patients about the connection between oral health, overall health, and nutrition gave her a strong foundation in patient education, communication, and relationship-centered care.
Jenn embodies BMAW’s commitment to creating a supportive, professional, and stress-free environment for our clients, team members, and practice partners.
Outside of BMAW, Jenn enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, caring for her animals, tending to her flower gardens, and playing with her two dogs.
